I reviewed it again and I believe it fits all the field marks for implicata on the info page, and not those for similar species.

 
Black to reddish-brown median
Black to reddish-brown median area becomes narrow towards inner margin of wing. compare to laudible arches. This Genus needs work anyway. Some of these just can't be accurately ID'd by photo.
