Tischeriid
Yes, this definitely is in Tischeriidae, and it is one of the oak-feeding spp., one of which is in
Tischeria
and the rest in
Coptotriche
. As to determining which species it is, it would need to be dissected, and the genital morphology compared with the illustrations in Braun's revision.
