If the color balance and saturation on this photo is accurate, then I think this can only be Neophylax wigginsi. The yellowish color of the marks is unlike the other species in our region with similar shaped marks. This species is considered globally vulnerable and I have started doing surveys for it this fall. I am interested in visiting this location next fall, to see the habitat and collect a specimen. Is there a spring or spring run nearby?

 
Color should be accurate
I think I found it here in my yard, not certain. There is a small stream running through a wooded area that leads to a tributary of Pine Creek.
