Black Horse Fly - Tabanus atratus - Female

I believe this is a Black Horse Fly (Tabanus atratus). Would like a confirmation on the ID, and also would like to know gender if possible? :) Thanks as always.

This is a female. The inner edges of the eyes are separated and parallel.
