Caught this psyllid in a yellow pan trap after the temperature had warmed to around 50F for a few days.

The flattened, produced head is distinctive.

Indeed, this is a psyllid. I identified a few from West Virginia last year, but alas I can't recall which genus this is. The broad, squared-off front of the head is pretty diagnostic though. Nice specimen!
