Tiny Ant - Strumigenys membranifera

Tiny Ant - Strumigenys membranifera
Cypress, Harris County, Texas, USA
September 28, 2014
Size: >1mm
Found under a rock in the garden while looking for stuff. I barely noticed it, and when I did, I though it was one of the tiny cryptic Pheidole sp. ants around here.
Again, these were tiny. Slightly smaller than the springtails I was looking for.
Only when I noticed its strange shape did I realize that I have never seen this species before.
I collected 2 workers in moist soil, which also had a few workers of Tapinoma melanocephalum, Pheidole sp.(the tiny kind), and Brachymyrmex patigonicus under it.
Is it possible that someone can perform the elusive species ID on this?
