Moved from Pipunculus. ID'd from specimen, now a photo-voucher. Thanks John.

This appears to be P. houghi using Hardy 1943 (yellow legs, thickened femora, shiny abdomen, yellow humeri). The shape of the ovipositor seems to be slightly different than Hardy's illustration however.
