You're right
Nice catch Eric, you're totally correct. I had this photo ID'd last year by a friend of mine who is an entomology student at UGA, and apparently we both passed right over declivis. It didn't even occur to me to double check the ID before adding to the Guide.

Not terminalis.
I believe this specimen is Acanthocephala declevis. Please see existing shots in guide pages for comparison. Terminalis has only the terminal antennal segments orange, and the thorax is not so steeply formed in the front.
