Another Scathophaga - Scathophaga

Size: 10.5 mm
here's a side by side of the two specimens... both males... one would assume this is interspecific and not intraspecific variation...

this illustrates the point I tried to make with the pics of the other specimen: with 27 species in the genus, not every hairy yellow fly on dung is S. stercoraria...
