UID Moth - Agnorisma badinodis - female

UID Moth - Agnorisma badinodis - Female
Hyattsville, Prince George's County, Maryland, USA
October 13, 2014
Size: ~20mm
The color in life was a dark iridescent brown (almost purpleish). It looked somewhat like a bent-line dart, except the color was much darker and there was no furry cape on the upper thorax. It was found at ~22:00 EST.

Same trouble
I just posted an ID request on the same moth, mine is not quite as dark as yours, it is a PALE-BANDED DART

Maybe...
...Agnorisma badinodis - Pale-banded Dart
