Gender?
Right now we have to take your word on the gender, as the hind end has been cropped in the image. No ovipositor=male, ovipositor=female. This individual is immature in any event. Great shot, though.

It's the House Cricket,
Acheta domestica
. I don't think it has to be deleted because it's nonnative. After all, they are found running wild in many areas, just like the introduced cockroaches we have in the guide.
