Preserving Insects in Hand Sanitizer

Has any one here done this. I am sure it would be interesting for young children to do if they don't want to pin them.
From everything I have read it works great.

I agree that it's a great trick for kids
I did try it for my young nephews. The thickness of the hand sanitizer keeps the bugs suspended so they can inspect them better.
