N ensiger not in range?
Lynette, I just moved this image to that species, but I see from SINA that it probably does not occur in your part of NC, at least according to that range map. Looks like the similar Neoconocephalus caudellianus might be more likely, based on range maps of SINA. Of course those are not infallible. Any comments on this identification?

Well,
I thought I had gotten all the Katydid IDs from Thomas Walker, but I may have made a mistake. Let me check my records...may take a little while. :)
