The knobs indicate Conotylida
The knobs indicate Conotylidae. Conotyla blakei is the common northeastern species, and has a record from Massachusetts. It's known to be found in caves.

I'm moving it to the C. blakei page, but it should be noted that there's no way to be 100% sure without checking the gonopods, and Conotylidae aren't collected very often since they're most active in the winter months, so who knows what species we're overlooking.
