It's hard to tell
It's hard to tell from this image, but looks like something in the neighbhood of Anoscopus serratulae

... for your reply! The pattern on the forewing are certainly very similar; and Anoscopus serratulae is a variable looking species. The head and pronotum on this specimen seem a bit different looking from the BugGuide photos. It is hard to tell; perhaps it is just a look alike species from another genus.
