Nope, it is a freshly molted, and possibly juvenile, Xystodesmidae, as shown by the triangular epiproct or telson. Auturus evides, in family Euryuridae, has a broad, truncated epiproct. Only 2 xystodesmids in Iowa, Pleuroloma flavipes Rafinesqaue, 1829, and Apheloria virginiensis iowa Chamberlin.

Euryuridae
It appears to be a freshly molted Auturus evides, but another should confirm.
They are beautiful once they have their full coloration.
