Ctenisodes - Male
St. Lucie County, Florida, USA
April 10, 2007
Size: BL ~2mm

Thanks
all.

Staphylinidae: Pselaphinae: Ctenisodes sp.
As noted by others, the form of the maxillary palpi lead to rapid generic placement (amongst other characters). A male, but unplaceable to species at this time.

remarcable maxillary palpi -
. . . guess it will be identified beyond family later!

Ant loving beetle
Family Staphylinidae, subfamily Pselaphinae.
