Stratiomyidae or Xylomyidae
Stratiomyidae or Xylomyidae; can't determine from this photo. Both families have larvae that live under bark, but the stratiomyids that do generally have longer setae, so I am leaning toward Xylomyidae. Knowing the size would be helpful.
