Lauxaniidae - Calliopum

Size: Approx. 2.5mm
Found on leaf. Sorry about photo quality - the wind just wouldn't let up. I'm thinking this may be a Lauxaniidae, maybe even Calliopum genus. Can someone confirm or correct? Thanks.
(I have a dorsal shot if needed, but it's blurred a little)

lauxaniidae, genus Calliopum would be my idea too.
