Cactus Bug - Chelinidea vittiger
Big Bend National Park, Brewster County, Texas, USA
April 2, 2007
Size: 3/4 inch
Found this bug in the Chisos Mountains of Big Bend crawling on cactus. A few days later found another on the Edwards Plateau of central TX, drinking the juices from the unopened flower of a Lace Cactus.
