Likely Dendroleon obsoletus

This might be one antlion with a distinctive pattern. Salsbury, Insects in Kansas, (1) has on p. 158, a photo of Spottwinged Antlion, Dendroleon obsoletus. Reference says "this is the only antlion in the state with large black or brownish-black circular spots, blotches,or bars, in otherwise clear wings." The photo in that reference is virtually a precise match for yours.

The species appears to be widespread. A Google search shows it in NC, Vermont, etc. Neuroptera of Florida lists it as widespread in east, including New England.
