Fine image, too! I won't go out on a limb with a family, genus or species, sorry. Winged termites are called "alates," something to impress at the next cocktail party:-)

Based on the depression in th
Based on the depression in the middle of the head, and the two prominent veins along the wing edge, I'd say these are family Rhinotermitidae, the subterranean termites. A common site this time of year when large numbers come pouring out of the ground for mating.
