Wall spider - Oecobius navus

Wall spider - Oecobius navus
Corpus Christi, Nueces County, Texas, USA
February 22, 2015
Size between 4 and 5 mm.
I found it in balcony on the wall wood textured pattern.
The prey is an ant. I saw the spider making fast circles around the ant and wrapping it in silk. The spider finished this job pretty fast.
In the last photo the spider was disturbed by camera. I stopped just for few seconds and the spider disappeared taking his prey and hidden somewhere.
I suppose to be a wall spider in Oecobius genus.

Oecobius annulipes?
Going by the diagrams and description in Shear 1970 that seems like the most likely species. The range map shows it as present in your area, the carapace pattern matches and is said to be diagnostic.

Edit: O. annulipes is a synonym for O. navus
