Mr. and Mrs. B & D - Frontinella pyramitela - male - female

Mr. and Mrs. B & D - Frontinella pyramitela - Male Female
Fairfield, Wayne County, Illinois, USA
April 20, 2007
I hadn't seen them together before. There was also another female hanging around the edges of the web.

Found several
webs in the area, all in small sassafras that provided a perfect framework fortheir webs.

Love those male-and-female spider pix
Size and appearance often makes them look like different species. Nice find, Steve.

Thanks
Ron. The thrill of seeing the unexpected adds to the adventure.
