Potter Wasp ID - Euodynerus megaera

Potter Wasp ID - Euodynerus megaera
Blountstown, Panhandle, Calhoun County, Florida, USA
March 23, 2015
Size: 11 mm
Warmish March morning rather sluggish on my concrete porch. I couldn't quite make it fit Stenodynerus because of the white marking... as opposed to yellow or red. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Potter ID - Euodynerus megaera likely
Maybe, voila! E. megaera does not have the white marks on the tibia like E. schwarzi does. Now would this be a male. Curled antenna tips? Addendum: I now realize that I have not definitively ruled out male E. schwarzi. I'll wait for the experts.

There are some similar critters in Euodynerus

Not an ID of course. The experts will tell us what it really is.
