Cynipids
I would assume that the larva in the center is an Amphibolips, the species responsible for the gall, and the others are inquilines (Synergini, or possibly chalcidoid parasitoids thereof).

I don't think that any of the larvae that have been exposed will survive, but there are probably others in the two halves that will.
