Cryptophagid - Atomaria

Cryptophagid - Atomaria
Brimfield, Hampden County, Massachusetts, USA
August 5, 2014
Size: 1.5mm
Cryptophagus laticollis?
Barrel emergence trap filled with oak firewood. Barrel filled on 4/15/14 and collection made 8/5/14 so it could have emerged any time within that window.

Specimen deposited in MFD private collection.

I'm leaning toward
Atomaria fuscata based on (1) and pictures posted in the guide.
