Chalcid wasp…
Probably a female encyrtid, but difficult to confirm without more focused views. These wasps are very small.

I think Ross nailed it
Definitely an encyrtid, and a decent chance it belongs to the genus Copidosoma, which are known to be parasitoids of Lepidoptera.
