I suggest to look at Mallota (Eristalini / Syrphidae) .

 
Hi Hartmut and Adalbert,
I'm pretty sure this is an Eristalini,and it looks like a hairy Eristalis to me. But I'm no expert when it comes to flies, and hopefully one of the diptera specialists will chime in.

Looks more like Bee fly (Bombyliidae) in the
Eristalini group.
