lenticular spider egg case
Hyde Park, Suffolk County, Massachusetts, USA
April 8, 2015
Size: 13 mm diam
Under bark of downed hardwood limb in young woods. Pulled free on one side. Pale orange eggs about .7 mm diam.

Similar to Castianeira longipalpa egg case?
I watched her make this one inside of a vial, it was quite fascinating-
This is the side against the vial, the other side looked a lot like yours. I imagine other spiders make a similar case though. I had pulled the lower left edge away from the vial, it was circular.

Looks almost the same, including egg color and the circular seam near the outer border. But there are BugGuide photos attributing similar cases to Gnaphosidae as well as Corinnidae, like for instance this:
