I would label this Panorpa sp
I would label this Panorpa speciosa, although this is as good of an example of the braueri form that I have seen with the two submarginal spots on the wings, the uninterrupted basal bands on the wings, and (thank you very much) the "paint brush-like" ventral parameres of the male genitalia. These two species need to be lumped in my opinion but I have not gotten around to doing it, so this might be placed under Panorpa braueri until then. Very nice photos, and the season and locality are right on for this form.
