Hopper on Leaf - Toya propinqua
Near Ruraldale, Upshur County, West Virginia, USA
August 4, 2006
From nose to rear of wings 4.0 mm; nose to rear of abdomen 2.9 mm. Cixiid reminds me of genus Myndus.
