Cocoon - Synchlora frondaria

Cocoon - Synchlora frondaria
Corpus Christi, Nueces County, Texas, USA
April 14, 2015
Size: 9.5 mm
Cocoon found on Parthenium hysterophorus (Asteraceae family) - an invasive plant native to American tropics.
I think it is some Synchlora
It emerged on 04/23/205

Very similar to
Possible that the cocoon was dressed in Plumbago flowers (Plumbago was in flower) but I don't have idea how it reach to be attached on other plant species.
