Aphids? on a Horrible Thistle Leptglossus sp. nymphs (Leaf-footed bugs) on a Horrible Thistle not Aphids

I've just photographed
what looks like the exact same insect, on a Texas Thistle in San Patricio County, TX.

orange insects

Coreidae nymphs (Leptoglossus?) is a better guess
because this is not milkweed, and predators do not aggregate like this.

Leptoglossus
I think you got it!
see http://creatures.ifas.ufl.edu/orn/leaffooted_bug.htm - nymph picture looks identical
Thanks

Assassins
