Stiria intermixta or dyari
This looks like either Stiria intermixta or dyari. S. intermixta has small brown patch in the basal area of the forewing which is lacking in dyari, but it is hard to be sure whether or not this marking is present in your moth.

There are other Stiria species, but none of them match to my eye.
Stiria satana has a brown patch running from the thorax to mid-wing, instead of one patch in the mid-wing.
Stiria rugifrons is the eastern counterpart for intermixta, so it is incorrectly shown as ranging in AZ on MPG.
Stiria blanchardi has no brown patch in the mid-wing.
Stiria consuela is a very pale spring-flyer (See )
Stiria sulphurea is the closest, but has a smaller brown mid-wing patch.
