I made a specimen of this individual and flipped it over to get a view of the
mouthparts, which project outward after death--in life they were kept in line with, and below, the antennae. Shows the following characteristic(s) of the family Phryganeidae

This one has five segments, I believe, and that makes it a female--there is a very short fifth segment there at the base. See guide page for details.
