Size: 24 mm
Shows the following characteristic(s) of the family Phryganeidae (1):
  • front tibia has 2 or more spurs, middle tibia has 4
See guide page for details. The middle leg is actually crossed under the front, projecting forward--this confused me! Shows, also, the following characteristic of the order Trichoptera (2):
  • tarsi with 5 segments
