Imperial Moth - Egg to Caterpillar Sequence - Eacles imperialis

Imperial Moth - Egg to Caterpillar Sequence - Eacles imperialis
Duluth, Fulton County, Georgia, USA
September 14, 2004
Almost a whole month since hatching and these are the last shots I was able to get. I would liked to have seen the adult, but at this point I was moving his enclosure to new branches fairly regularly as he stripped them. I was leaving for Maui for a week and a half and I knew he'd run out of food while I was gone. I simply removed the enclosure and wished him well.
