Eupeodes volucris?
See Photo#1048207 under E. volucris. Same color markings. Shape of markings typical of that species as well

Quite possibly E. volucris, b
Quite possibly E. volucris, but there are other Eupeodes with very similar markings, and diagnosis can be tricky for females.
