Probably...
Ameletus or Siphlonurus. Unfortunately, that doesn't even allow placement to family level. Ameletus is Ameletidae; Siphlonurus is Siphlonuridae. Although I can see the costal angulation of the hindwing, it is hard to tell how sharp it is from this angle of view. I lean a bit toward this being Ameletus, but cannot offer any real justification for that. Sorry. Perhaps someone else can spot something I have missed.

I'd wait
This is a fine photo of a species that doesn't seem to be represented here, and I think it should be identifiable. Because I'm less familiar with many of the Western species and I don't have species level keys to these genera, it may require reading through original descriptions of MT species until one clicks. Identifying an unknown female subimago is always a difficult task, but I haven't given up yet. :)
