Beefly - Poecilanthrax lucifer

My boyfriend, who was there to see the beefly emerge, said it took about 30 minutes for him to get out of first the red case and then the whitish one. While still in both, if we picked it up, it would use the sharp points on the tips of the white case to scratch against the inside of the red case, producing a noise.
