Found on bottom of leaf. 5/8 inch from leaf base to tip of dried gall. Round portion of the gall is 3/8 inch. This tree is the only one effected in the area, located at the edge of a wooded area. Pinhole point on top of the leaf where gall hangs from the bottom, with slight yellowing around the incision. The exterior is sticky and covered in peach-like fuzz. Gall was initially white, and browns as it dries up. The interior of the "dried up" galls were either empty with small white debris on interior, full of brown balls, and one had the insect inside. Insect had a black head, and was very active.
