Found during Blacklighting at Missouri Prairie Foundation's Prairie BioBlitz 2015. I think this is #1388 Coleophora trifolii - Large Clover Casebearer. Can you confirm?

Coleophora trifolii
The female Coleophora trifolii has yellow postocular scales, flagellum with long scales at base, and remainder of flagellum dark with white tip. The male lacks long scales on flagellum. Source is Landry and Wright 1993.
