Phyllophaga - Phyllophaga sylvatica

I tried to key out this Phyllophaga using this paper (1) but can’t get much farther than it being “Class III”, “not pruinose or iridescent” and with an emarginate clypeus. I’ve included an enlargement of one of the antennae but can’t determine whether it is 9 or 10 segmented; things go downhill from there. If it’s possible to get this one to species, I’d much appreciate the help.
