Possibly Chalcophora georgiana
I have been looking at this specimen for a while and I think C. georgiana could be a possibility. On this web site http://entnemdept.ufl.edu/choate/chalcophora1.htm it compares three species of Chalcophora. I thought that it was C. georgiana and showed Rick Westcott this pic and he agreed with me that it was. Please fill free to look at the site and make your own opinions, I am not an expert with genus but I thought that it looked alot like C. georgiana with the raised green areas on the elytra.

Great photo
Even viewing full-size, its tough to see those characters that differentiate this with the other sp. in GA - C. georgiana.
