Size: with antennae about 4 mm
I had taken a photo of a flower head of Asclepia speciosa and only discovered this insect when I greatly enlarged one individual flower. I suspect this may be a immature individuum.

S. furcata should be the only species in WA.

Thanks for the specifics. Is this bush katydid common in Eastern Washington State? I don't think I ever noticed an adult in our prairie area.
