I managed to get only one shot of this little bee, in Eriophyllum confertiflorum .

Moved from Megachilinae.

Moved from Osmiini.

but no longer sure of tribe (it could be Stelis in Anthidiini)

do you go by the broad head & thorax in this case? The red tegulae misled me.
