I think it looks more like
H. moirioides
, but the shiny hair on tergite 1 looks odd...

The only photos of Hemipenthes that I could find with that shiny hair on tergite 1 was on edwardsii, which was I suggested that species. But I am just a bumbling rookie... Not being humble, simply honest

You could be right, the abdominal pattern looks very much like
edwardsii
. It may be some wear and the strong light throwing off my overall impression.
