I found this while cleaning out behind my garage. Can anyone help me guess what it might be?

Microgastrinae…
The wasp larvae occasionally develop in a cocoon "ball" such as this, which may contain multiple cocoons. These wasps are parasitic on other insects, and don't sting or bite humans.
