Leafhopper - Draeculacephala antica

These little hoppers are very abundant but they always land on the opposite side of the grass blade so I finally had to grab one and hold it to get a photo.

Draeculacephala antica
A common species on lawns in the northern USA and Canada. It has shorter wings than others in the same genus.
